What are the 5 ways to wellbeing?

Services within Hertfordshire are working together to use the Five Ways to Wellbeing developed by the new economics foundation (nef). Based on the latest scientific evidence, nef has created a set of five simple actions that can be adopted to improve everyday wellbeing.

The Five ways to wellbeing are to:

  • Connect
  • Give
  • Be active
  • Take Notice
  • Keep Learning

  • Led by StreetGames

  • Improving young people's lives

Through StreetGames' pioneering Doorstep Sport approach, the organisation improves young lives through sport, giving access to positive role models, volunteering opportunities and diversionary activities.

  • StreetGames Training

StreetGames training develops the workforce to activate change by building skills and knowledge in the areas of sport, physical activity, community safety, mental and physical well-being. We deliver training to staff, students, apprentices, volunteers, youth workers and young leaders.
